Action Committee – Publicity

If you can help with publicity (getting the word out, supporting a campaign) areas, for both internal (spreading the word within the Sacred Heart community) and external (media, other churches, any groups that may influence the process) including:

Contacts in media, newspapers (local and area-wide), TV, radio, who may help promote or support the appeal.
If needed, organizing busloads of people to demonstrate at the Cathedral where Archbishop O’Malley says Mass.
Getting signs (“Save Sacred Heart”) for lawn display, and elsewhere in the community.

Please do send an email to publicity@sacredheartappeal.org to contact the committee members.

Please do use these email mailboxes to:

1. Offer support (time, talent, treasure) to that committee,

2. Offer suggestions or information if you have information resources that can help that committee, or to

3. Contact the committee to discuss that topic in more detail.

Status Report from Publicity Committee (latest items at top):

· 2004-06-19 Signs are now available after every Mass on the weekend (4pm Saturday, 7am and 10am Sunday) that can be posted on front yard / lawn around town.
